Registration is available ‘online’ only.
Please complete your application and payment online via PC or smartphone.
You can register on the day of the conference, but payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted. Please complete your online registration in advance if possible before coming to the venue.

From September 11 (Fri.) to 17:00 on October 3 (Sat.), 2026 (JST)
  • ※Late Registration may be extended until the end of the on-demand streaming period.
To reduce food waste, advance registration for the luncheon seminar is required during the period listed above. If you are interested in attending, please register in advance.
Please note that registration for each seminar will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached.

Niigata B-Grade Gourmet, Sushi, and Mini Sake Festival will be held.
It comes with an original ochoko (sake cup) strap. We hope you’ll join us.

Regarding Luncheon Seminars
Advance registration is required for luncheon seminars.
As part of our efforts to reduce food waste, we will prepare the pre-ordered boxed lunches plus a few extra.
If you are interested, please complete your registration for the academic conference before applying.
The numbered tickets will be printed along with the name tags.
Those who have not registered in advance may attend if there are seats available on the day of the event, but since boxed lunches may not be available, we recommend registering in advance whenever possible.

  • ①Open My Page and click ‘Details’.
  • ②Select ’Change to Another Seminar’ under ‘Luncheon Seminar Registration’ at the bottom of the details screen.
  • ③After selecting a session, click ‘Complete Changes’.
Participation Certificate (Name Card) / About Issuing Receipts
Name Card
On the day of the conference, please bring the QR code included in your registration confirmation email.
When you scan that QR code at the automatic ticket machine at the participant registration desk, your name tag will be issued.
  • ※Name cards will not be sent out in advance.
Receipts
The receipt is attached to the registration confirmation email.

Regarding the Program・Abstracts / Pocket Program
Programs, abstracts: Members will receive a copy in advance as a special issue of the journal ‘Epilepsy Research’.
Pocket Program: It will be handed out at the registration desk to all participants on the day of the conference.
