Call for Abstract

Submission Period

December 1st (Wed), 2021 – ~~January 24th (Mon), 2022~~
Abstract Submission has been extended to February 7th (Mon),
at 12:00 PM (Japan time).

Eligibility

All authors (including co-authors) are required to be members of the Japanese Society of Gerodontology.
- Please confirm the membership numbers of all the authors before registering.
The membership number can be confirmed by e-mail to the secretariat of the society.

- Non-member authors are required to apply for membership and make a deposit in advance.Please complete the enrollment procedure at least one week before the deadline and receive a membership number.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)

Disclose any financial relationships in English at the website and the bottomline of your poster. You do not need to disclose financial relationships in the form of a presentation slide.
- You need to register the COI report (PDF format) when you register your abstract.
Please self-sign the COI report, scan it with a scanner, etc. and prepare it as a PDF file in advance.

- Please note that the oral presentation may be changed to a poster presentation due to the limited number of presentations.
- Oral presentation is 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion, for a total of 10 minutes.

・Poster presentation
　Please select one from the following categories.

Poster presentation	Care, Care prevention
	Oral function
	Cooperative medical service, Regional medical service
	Field study
	Aging alteration, Basic study
	Whole body control, General disease
	Education
	Case report, Facility report

- There is no oral presentation in the poster presentation, but there is a discussion time.
- Details such as discussion, poster posting time, etc. will be announced at a later date.

Abstract

1.The body of your abstract should consist of approximate 3,000 characters.
2.Charts cannot be posted.
3.Please list the items in order with reference to the following.
　"Research Report" or "Survey Report": [Objectives], [Methods], [Results], [Conclusion]
　"Case Report": [Objectives], [Summary and Treatment of Cases], [Results], [Conclusion]
　Other abstracts: Please refer to the abstract structure of the above.
4.Regardless of whether there is a conflict of interest, please indicate the COI status to
　be declared regarding the presentation subject at the end of the abstract
　 (Example: The author ’s declaration: No conflict of interest (COI), in any way).
5.Ethics review for research that requires approval, please indicate the name of the
　ethics committee and the approval number at the end of the abstract. If it is not
　subject to ethical review, please specify of that. (Example: 00 University Ethics
　Committee Approval Number 9999-22) (Not subject to ethics review)
6.In the case report, please specify in the abstract that the patient (or the surrogate)
　has agreed to the presentation.

The registered personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of preparing for the operation of the Society.
In addition, we will take necessary security and strictly manage it.

Ex post facto abstract

Please submit by June 17, 2022 (Friday).
The lead performer must submit a post-abstract. Please note that the performance of the announcement itself will not be recognized if it is not submitted.
